To enroll in our elite programs you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Course fees are due in full at the time of enrollment. All prices are listed in USD and are non-refundable except as outlined in our cancellation policy. We may offer installment options at our sole discretion. Late payments will result in suspension from active courses until resolved.

All course materials, code repositories, videos, exercises, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Codivra Atelier. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access materials solely for personal learning during active enrollment. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to:

• Share course materials with third parties or on public platforms.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes or harassment of mentors and peers.
• Record, copy, or redistribute proprietary content without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer platform code or tamper with site security.

Codivra Atelier provides educational services "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
